  1. Does Felice product look the same as the picture on the website?

The products are designed, sewn in our factory and photographed by ourselves, not taken from other sites, so you can rest assured that the design is guaranteed to be the same as the picture. However, the color in the photo may have a slight difference compared to reality.

  1. Does Felice have a store system?

We support COD shipping service, you can visit the website felicefashion.com or fanpage to view and order directly. For detailed information on how to buy online, please see the Ordering Instructions section or please contact hotline 0865479698 for detailed advice.

We have the only headquarters in Hanoi, you can directly come to view, choose models and buy at the address: No. 10, Alley 23 Giang Van Minh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

It is not required, but if you sign up to become a member when shopping, you will receive more incentives.

  1. How do customers change personal information in their accounts?

  1. Does Felice let you try the goods?

Felice supports viewing and testing the goods. However, you will be responsible for part of the shipping cost (in case you do not receive the goods because you do not like them). For details, please see the section Shipping – Delivery.

  1. Can customers exchange the goods upon receipt if they are not satisfied or if Felice delivered the wrong item?

You can exchange the product within 05 days from the date of receiving the goods and feedback. In case Felice delivers the wrong goods, Felice will bear all the shipping costs incurred. For details, please see Return and exchange policy.

  1. Are customers provided with costume alterations?

Felice offers a repair service for customers and you will be charged according to the price list specified in the section Repair support.

  1. Can customers get a refund if the product is defective?
