Return and exchange policy

  1. Change product:

1.1. Product exchange period:

You can exchange the product within 05 days from receiving the goods and feedback.

1.2. Product exchange:

Product not included in promotion.

You make purchases when you pay with reward points or discounts in the Loyalty Policy.

1.3. Product exchange conditions:

The exchanged product must still have its tags and labels intact and be unused, unwashed, free of color or strange odors, intact and unaltered.

In case of receiving a gift, you use the phone number provided by the buyer, matching the product code and size on the invoice to query and exchange the product.

The value of returned products is calculated based on the unit price at the time of purchase.

You can exchange the product with equivalent value. If the exchanged product has a value greater than the value of the purchased product, please pay the difference. For exchanged products with a value lower than the value of the purchased product, Felice will not refund the difference.

The product has a technical error from Felice or Felice advised the wrong size for you.

1.4. In case of refusal to exchange:

– Labels and barcodes are no longer intact.

– Products that have been modified, used (dirty, torn, damaged, frayed, discolored, have a foul odor, unusual chemical odor), are defective due to external influences after purchase, or the accessories/details attached to the product are no longer complete/damaged.

– Products discounted during promotional programs.

1.5. Shipping costs and methods for exchange:

Please contact Felice via fanpage/website or hotline 0865479698 for instructions on how to exchange the item and confirm eligibility according to Felice’s policy.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs as well as the shipping method when sending the exchanged item back to Felice. In case Felice delivers the wrong item, Felice will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

Felice will contact you as soon as we receive the returned product. However, to ensure that the goods are not lost or expired during the shipping process to Felice, please regularly check the route of your parcel.

  1. Return product – refund

– We accept returns in case of errors arising from Felice and there is no product of the same type to replace. Cases of errors from Felice include: discoloration, fading, material errors, sewing errors, design errors… not according to the product description and standards.

– Conditions for returning products:

+ Return the product within 05 days from the date you receive the product.

+ The product still has the original stamp, label and has not been used.

– Product return:

– Felice will process within 10 days from the date of receiving the defective product.

– Money will be refunded via bank account. Felice is 100% free of product return costs.
