When placing an order, please ensure that your contact information and detailed delivery address are correct. Delivery time starts from the moment the order is accepted, your items will be packed and sent by Felice’s warehouse.

Before the order is shipped, Felice will confirm the details with you. All orders are delivered by the shipping company.

Please note that the actual delivery time will vary from 3 – 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), depending on the shipping company.

If there is no one to sign for the goods, the delivery staff will make a total of three deliveries in three consecutive working days. If there is still no one to sign for the package, after 3 days of no contact, the package will be returned to Felice’s warehouse.

– Felice supports viewing and testing the goods, you bear part of the shipping cost (in case you do not receive the goods because you do not like it).

– No returns or modifications are allowed for accessories.

– Please keep the product tag and label for support in case you want to exchange, return or repair (during the warranty period).
